Q: How do I create a new project?

A: Tap the "+" button in the top right corner of the home screen, enter the project name and select a category.

Q: How do I add a record?

A: Enter a project and tap the "+" button at the bottom to add text and photo records.

A: When creating a record, tap the camera icon to take a photo or choose from your photo library.

☁️ Data Sync

Q: How do I enable iCloud sync?

A: Go to "Settings" → "iCloud Sync" → Toggle on. Make sure you're signed in to iCloud.

Q: Will my data sync automatically?

A: Yes, once iCloud is enabled, your data will automatically sync across all your devices.

Q: What if sync fails?

A: Please check: 1) If you're signed in to iCloud; 2) If network connection is stable; 3) If you have enough iCloud storage.

💾 Data Backup

Q: How do I backup my data?

A: Go to "Settings" → "Data Management" → "Export Data" and choose your preferred format to create a complete backup.

A: Open project details → Tap "Reminder" button → Configure reminder time and frequency.

A: Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reminders are supported, with multiple time slots available.

🔒 Privacy and Security

Q: Is my data safe?

A: Absolutely! All data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We cannot access any of your data.

Q: Does the app collect my information?

A: No. We don't collect any personal information or use any tracking or analytics tools. See our Privacy Policy.

Q: How do I hide sensitive projects?

A: In project settings, you can set a project as "Hidden". Hidden projects require additional steps to view.
