“嘟嘎记账”是由叶子豪（开发者）为您提供本地记账、统计、个性化显示、可选 AI 记账辅助、可选 iCloud 同步、语音输入、文字识别和 iOS 快捷指令文本导入能力的应用。我们非常重视您的个人信息和隐私保护，会按照法律要求和业界成熟的安全标准，为您的个人信息提供相应的安全保护措施。

“DugaLedger” is provided by Zihao Ye as an app for local bookkeeping, statistics, personalized display settings, optional AI bookkeeping assistance, optional iCloud Sync, voice input, image text recognition, and iOS Shortcut text import. We value your personal information and privacy, and we apply reasonable security measures consistent with legal requirements and mature industry practices.

DugaLedger does not require account registration. By default, your ledger data and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not upload them to our own servers, and we do not collect location, device identifiers, usage statistics, advertising data, analytics data, or tracking data.

Some optional features process necessary information only after you actively use or authorize them: AI chat sends your messages and necessary ledger context to the model provider you configure; iOS iCloud Sync synchronizes data through Apple CloudKit; voice input, camera/photo image text recognition, notifications, and vibration use the corresponding system capabilities.

1. 我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息

1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

我们仅在实现本应用功能所必需、基于您的主动操作或系统授权的范围内处理信息。

1.1 本地记账与设置：应用会在设备本地保存收支记录、分类、主页信息卡片和布局、语言/主题/显示、声音/振动、用户导入字体和自定义声音文件等配置，用于提供记账、统计和个性化显示。

1.2 AI 记账辅助：当您主动配置模型提供商并使用 AI 对话时，应用会把您的对话消息、应用系统提示、设备时区和当前时间、自定义人格/规则文本，以及在工具调用中必要的账本记录和分类数据，发送到您指定的模型提供商 API 端点。API Key 和 Base URL 保存在设备本地。我们无法访问您的 API Key、对话内容或账本数据。

1.3 语音、文字识别和快捷指令：语音输入会调用录音和语音识别能力，用于把您的语音转换为 AI 记账消息；拍照识别会调用相机；从系统选择内容识别文字会调用存储权限，并将识别文字发送到正常 AI 消息流程；iOS 快捷指令仅把快捷指令产出的临时文本送入应用。用于文字识别的内容仅在内存中处理，不保存文件路径、缓存副本或附件。

We process information only as necessary to provide app features, based on your active actions or system authorization.

1.1 Local bookkeeping and settings: the app stores ledger entries, categories, home info cards and layouts, language/theme/display settings, sound/vibration settings, and user-imported fonts and audio on your device to provide bookkeeping, statistics, and personalized display features.

1.2 AI bookkeeping assistance: when you configure a model provider and use AI chat, the app sends your conversation messages, the app system prompt, your device time zone and current time, custom persona/rule text, and ledger entries or categories needed by tool calls to the model provider API endpoint you configured. API keys and base URLs are stored locally on your device. We cannot access your API keys, conversation content, or ledger data.

1.3 Voice, image text recognition, and Shortcuts: voice input converts your speech into AI bookkeeping messages; camera capture or photo selection recognizes image text and sends it through the normal AI message flow; iOS Shortcuts only pass temporary text produced by the shortcut into the app. Images are used in memory for recognition only; the app does not save images, file paths, cached copies, or attachments.

The app stores necessary data on your device using a local database, preference storage, and the app support directory, including:

  • Income and expense records
  • Category configurations
  • Home info cards and layouts
  • Language, theme, display, sound, and vibration settings
  • User-imported fonts and audio
  • AI provider configurations (including API keys), personas, rules, and conversation history

By default, this data remains on your device. You may optionally enable iCloud Sync on iOS devices. See the iCloud Sync section below.

本应用在运行过程中可能使用以下权限或系统能力，我们会在使用前通过系统弹窗或功能入口征求您的意见，未明确同意的权限不会被随意调用。

  • 网络权限：当您使用 AI 模型提供商 API、iCloud 同步或打开外部链接时使用。
  • 录音：当您使用语音输入 AI 记账消息时使用。
  • 相机：当您拍照识别文字并发送给 AI 时使用。
  • 存储权限：当您从系统选择内容进行文字识别时使用。
  • 通知权限：在 iOS 上，当 AI 回答在应用非前台完成或失败时发送本地通知。
  • 振动权限：当您开启或使用触感反馈时调用设备振动能力。

您可以随时访问系统“设置”管理权限。不同操作系统或应用版本的权限名称可能存在差异，以您实际使用的系统提示为准。

During use, this app may use the following permissions or system capabilities. We request them through system prompts or feature entry points before use. Permissions you have not explicitly granted will not be called arbitrarily.

  • Network: used when you access an AI model provider API, iCloud Sync, or external links.
  • Microphone/Speech Recognition: used when you input AI bookkeeping messages by voice.
  • Camera: used when you take a photo for image text recognition and send the text to AI.
  • Photo Library: used when you select one or more photos for image text recognition.
  • Notifications: on iOS, used to send local notifications when an AI response completes or fails while the app is not in the foreground.
  • Vibration: used when haptic feedback is enabled or triggered.

You can manage permissions at any time in system Settings. Permission names may differ by operating system or app version; refer to the actual system prompts on your device.

3. 对未成年人的保护

我们非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护。嘟嘎记账不是专门面向儿童的应用，也不主动收集儿童个人信息。

如果您是未成年人，请在父母或其他监护人同意和指导下使用本应用。如果您是不满十四周岁儿童的父母或其他监护人，请监督并指导儿童使用本应用，避免在记账内容、AI 对话、人格、规则或自定义配置中输入不必要的个人敏感信息。

We value the protection of minors' personal information. DugaLedger is not specifically directed to children, and we do not actively collect children's personal information.

If you are a minor, please use this app with the consent and guidance of your parent or other guardian. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 14, please supervise and guide the child's use of this app, and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information in ledger entries, AI conversations, personas, rules, or custom settings.

本应用不嵌入第三方广告、分析或追踪 SDK，也不向我们的服务器上传您的个人信息。

为实现您主动选择的功能，可能涉及以下第三方或系统服务：

  • AI 模型提供商：由您自行配置 API Key 和 Base URL。使用 AI 对话时，对话内容和必要账本上下文会通过网络发送至您选择的提供商。请自行审阅该提供商的个人信息处理规则。
  • Apple iCloud/CloudKit：仅在 iOS 端且您主动开启 iCloud 同步后使用，用于在同一 Apple ID 设备间同步记账数据。

This app does not embed third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and it does not upload your personal information to our own servers.

To provide features you actively choose, the following third-party or system services may be involved:

  • AI model provider: configured by you with an API key and base URL. When you use AI chat, conversation content and necessary ledger context are sent over the network to the provider you choose. Please review that provider's personal information processing rules.
  • Apple iCloud/CloudKit: used only on iOS after you enable iCloud Sync, to synchronize ledger data across devices signed into the same Apple ID.
  • Platform speech recognition service: used when you use voice input on iOS, Android, or OpenHarmony.
  • iOS/OpenHarmony image text recognition services: used when you recognize text from camera or photo library images.
  • iOS local notifications: used after your authorization to notify you when an AI response finishes or fails while the app is not in the foreground.

The processing rules for these services are governed by the corresponding service provider or operating system platform. Permission names and handling may differ by operating system version; please refer to the actual system prompts.

iCloud 同步

iCloud Sync

在 iOS 设备上，您可以选择启用 iCloud 同步，将记账记录和分类在登录同一 Apple ID 的设备间同步。启用后：

On iOS devices, you may optionally enable iCloud Sync to synchronize your ledger entries and categories across devices signed into the same Apple ID. When enabled:

  • Data is transmitted to and stored in Apple's CloudKit service
  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Apple's standard security measures
  • You can disable iCloud Sync at any time; your local data will remain on your device
  • iCloud Sync is disabled by default and must be explicitly turned on by you

Apple's privacy policy governs the handling of data stored in your iCloud account.

AI 服务

AI Services

AI 对话为完全可选功能，需要您主动配置兼容的模型提供商后才能使用。发送 AI 对话时，数据会传输到您指定的提供商 API 端点；我们无法访问您的 API Key 或对话数据。

AI chat is entirely optional and requires explicit compatible model provider configuration before use. When you send AI chat messages, data is transmitted to your chosen provider's API endpoint; we cannot access your API keys or conversation data.

语音识别

Speech Recognition

本应用支持通过语音输入 AI 对话消息，使用设备端语音识别服务。iOS 端使用 Apple Siri 语音识别，Android 端使用平台内置语音服务，OpenHarmony 端使用设备本地语音识别引擎。录音数据在设备端或通过平台标准语音识别管道处理，应用本身不存储或传输语音数据（超出平台 SDK 本身行为的范围）。

The app supports voice input for AI chat messages using device speech recognition services. On iOS, this uses Apple's Siri speech recognition; on Android, it uses the platform's built-in speech service; on OpenHarmony, it uses the device's local speech recognition engine. Audio is processed on-device or through the platform's standard speech recognition pipeline and is not stored or transmitted by the app itself beyond what the platform SDK does.

默认情况下，您的数据保存在设备本地，受设备系统安全机制保护。我们建议您为设备设置密码或生物识别锁，保持操作系统更新，并根据需要备份设备数据。

我们会采取合理可行的措施，避免收集与功能无关的信息。对于 AI 提供商、iCloud、语音识别、文字识别等您主动使用的系统或第三方服务，其安全能力和数据处理规则由对应服务提供方负责。

By default, your data is stored locally on your device and protected by the device's system security mechanisms. We recommend setting a passcode or biometric lock, keeping your operating system updated, and backing up device data as needed.

We take reasonable measures to avoid collecting information unrelated to app features. For AI providers, iCloud, speech recognition, image text recognition, and other system or third-party services you actively use, the corresponding service provider is responsible for its security capabilities and data processing rules.

您可以在应用内查看、修改或删除记账记录、分类、主页信息卡片和布局、AI 提供商、人格、规则、会话历史、主题、字体、自定义声音文件、声音和振动等配置。

您可以在系统设置中撤回相机、存储权限、录音、通知等权限；可以在应用内关闭 iCloud 同步；可以删除已配置的 AI 提供商以停止向该提供商发送新的 AI 请求。

本应用无需账号注册，因此不提供账号注销功能。您可以通过设备系统设置清除应用数据，或卸载应用来删除保存在设备本地的数据；iCloud 中已同步的数据需按 Apple iCloud/CloudKit 的规则管理。

You can view, edit, or delete ledger entries, categories, home info cards and layouts, AI providers, personas, rules, conversation history, themes, fonts, audio, sound settings, and vibration settings in the app.

You can revoke permissions such as camera, photo library, microphone, speech recognition, and notifications in system Settings; disable iCloud Sync in the app; or delete configured AI providers to stop sending new AI requests to that provider.

This app does not require account registration, so account cancellation is not applicable. You can clear app data in system Settings or uninstall the app to delete data stored locally on your device. Data already synchronized to iCloud must be managed according to Apple iCloud/CloudKit rules.

默认情况下，信息存储在您当前使用设备的本地存储中。您主动开启 iOS iCloud 同步后，相关记账数据会传输并保存至 Apple iCloud/CloudKit。您主动使用 AI 对话时，必要信息会传输至您配置的模型提供商 API 端点。

除法律法规另有规定外，本地数据会保留至您主动删除、清除应用数据或卸载应用为止。AI 提供商、Apple iCloud/CloudKit 和操作系统服务中的保存期限，以对应服务提供方规则为准。

By default, information is stored locally on the device you use. After you enable iOS iCloud Sync, relevant ledger data is transmitted to and stored in Apple iCloud/CloudKit. When you use AI chat, necessary information is transmitted to the model provider API endpoint you configured.

Unless otherwise required by law, local data is retained until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Retention periods for AI providers, Apple iCloud/CloudKit, and operating system services are governed by the corresponding service provider's rules.
